Gemäß dem Motto grau ist alle Theorie möchte ich in den nächsten Wochen in unserem Blog ein komplettes Datenintegritäts Assessment beschreiben und Anregungen dazu geben, wie man es durchführen könnte.

Diese Blog Beiträge beinhalten Erfahrungen aus realen Projekten sowie Informationen und Anregungen aus Vorträgen, die ich zu diesem Thema seit 2017 bei verschiedenen Veranstaltern gehalten habe. 

Die Reihenfolge der Themen orientiert sich an den üblichen Projektmethoden, welche hier aber nicht weiter im Detail betrachtet werden soll.

3. Analyse (Analyze)
4. Behebung (Remediate)
5. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung (Continuous Improvement)

Anhand eines fiktiven pharmazeutischen Unternehmens, der Takso Pharma AG, mit mehreren Standorten auf verschiedenen Kontinenten, werden wir ein Assessment nach der Smart Assessment Methode mit der Takso Smart Assessment Lösung durchführen.
Dieser Ansatz soll die Leistungsfähigkeit der Methode und der Softwarelösung demonstrieren und ist natürlich auch für weniger komplexe Unternehmensstrukturen bestens geeignet.
Der Großteil der Aktivitäten sind jedoch unabhängig von der verwendeten Methode bzw. Softwarelösung und können somit auch mit anderen Assessment Methoden/Tools verwendet werden. 

Wir möchten dennoch darauf hinweisen, dass sich die Smart Assessment Methode und unsere Software Lösung optimal für Assessments dieser Art eignen.

Blog series on Data Integrity Assessment with Takso Smart Assessment Solution

According to the motto, grey is all theory, I would like to present a complete data integrity assessment in our blog in the next few weeks and give suggestions on how it could be done.
These blog posts contain experiences from real projects as well as information and suggestions from presentations I have given on this topic at different data integrity conferences since 2017.
The order of the topics is based on the usual project methods, which will not be discussed in detail here.

Based on a fictitious pharmaceutical company, Takso Pharma AG, with several locations on different continents, we will conduct an assessment according to the Smart Assessment method with the Takso Smart Assessment solution.
This approach is intended to demonstrate the efficiency of the method and the software solution and is of course also ideally suited for less complex corporate structures.
However, the majority of activities are independent of the method or software solution used and can therefore be used with other assessment methods/tools.
Nevertheless, we would like to point out that the Smart Assessment Method and our software solution are ideally suited for assessments of this kind.
